Sharpe Shot Photography
We are a lifestyle portrait and product photography business serving all of Oakland County and the surrounding areas. We aim to create images that are natural, warm, organic, and bright through a sustainable and eco-conscious view while providing a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience starting from the moment you inquire with us.
Sharpe Shot Photography was founded in 2020, since then we have developed an experience that makes all of our clients feel confident and look their best, while creating everlasting memories.
Here at Sharpe Shot Photography, we sincerely care about the safety of our clients and our team, that being said, every member of our team is fully vaccinated! This is a safe space for people of all identities.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide a safe, comfortable, and happy environment for the people we serve, online and in person. Our goal is to help people feel confident and see the best version of themselves through a sustainable, and eco-conscious view by using secondhand props, shooting close to home, and advocating for the use of pre-owned wardrobe for portraits.
What to expect
It all starts with your pre-session consultation:
The moment you inquire with Sharpe Shot Photography, you'll receive our pre-session Sharpe Shot Style Guide and Questionnaire so we can get to know you and better understand what you're looking to get out of your session. This includes your preferred location(s), wardrobe style, interests, specific themes or aesthetics you'd like to incorporate, and more. Plus, you can even leave artist and song recommendations so we can rock out during your session!
The day of your session:
Our portrait sessions take place in beautiful outdoor locations personally scouted by our CEO and Head Photographer, Kelly, all around Orion township and Oakland County. If you have a location preference we are open to anything - except indoors! We'll meet up at your desired location and Kelly will walk you through the entire process. We highly recommend arriving 5-10 minutes beforehand.
A few weeks after your session:
About 3 weeks after your session, we'll get in touch with your online gallery for you to see your pictures and to select the ones you love the most! You can even purchase additional photos, or "add-ons" as we like to call them - we capture every moment during your session so you have an array to choose from!
