Hello, I'm Kelly Sharpe
I am the Owner and Head Photographer of Sharpe Shot Photography.
I'm a lifestyle portrait and product photographer for high school and college-level seniors, couples, families, headshots, and small businesses in all of Oakland County, MI, and the surrounding areas.
Photography has been a passion of mine for several years now; I began my journey back in high school, where I joined the Spartan Award-winning LOHS yearbook team as a sports and events photographer. During that same time, I was a part of Advanced Placement art photography class, where I won a National Art Honor Society Silver Key for self portrait photography.

Fast forward to 2020 - I started Sharpe Shot Photography as a way to connect with local seniors and to continue my love for portrait photography. After a summer full of senior sessions, that quickly grew into portrait sessions for couples, families, cosplay and character shoots, and eventually products!

One of my favorite parts about photography, aside from location scouting and shooting, is the editing process. There, I'm able to work even more of my magic - I'm even known for my quick turnaround time!

Here at Sharpe Shot Photography, we sincerely care about the safety of our clients and our team, that being said, every member of our team is fully vaccinated!

Aside from photography, I love to create content for brands and myself with my background in content creation and influencer marketing. Even in my free time, my passion for art never stops! Other than photography, I love to paint, sew, embroider, work in my garden, and make other fun DIY crafts from recycled objects, but you can almost always find me out in nature hiking (and location scouting), or roller skating!​
I love incorporating nature into my everyday life - even when I do my skincare! :)
As a fellow cosplayer of 5+ years, and long time portrait photographer, I have a keen eye for cosplay and character portraits. By finding precise locations that fit your character's lore, to creating natural and comfortable posing that fits your character's look - we can ensure your cosplay or OC (original character) will come to life!
